ANR discovered an unexpected and uncontrollable pipeline leak between MLV 55 & MLV 56 on the 1-501 line resulting in a Corrective Action Order issued by the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration. This requires a 20% pressure reduction between Shelbyville CS and Celestine CS on both the 0-501 and 1-501 mainlines. Consequently, pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has revised the capacity impact and increased the locations of the declared Force Majeure for natural gas transactions on the Southeast Mainline as follows:

Cottage Grove Southbound (LOC #FPSCTGGSB):
2/2 – 2/3 - 373 MMcf/d (leaving 910 MMcf/d)2/4 – 3/31 - 818 MMcf/d (leaving 465 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                  20% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                  60% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ Shelbyville Southbound (LOC #FPSHBVSB):2/2 – 2/3 - 118 MMcf/d (leaving 946 MMcf/d)2/4 – 3/31 – 568 MMcf/d (leaving 496 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                    0% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                  51% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ Defiance Southbound (LOC #FPDEFNSB):2/2 – 2/3 - 0 MMcf/d (leaving 925 MMcf/d)2/4 – 3/31 - 541 MMcf/d (leaving 384 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                   42% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                   59% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ

****Original Posting**** This is to notify all contracted parties of ANR Pipeline Company ("ANR") that pursuant to Section 6.7 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, ANR has declared a Force Majeure event in effect for natural gas transactions on the Southeast Mainline due to an unexpected and uncontrollable anomaly discovered between MLV 55 & MLV 56 on the 1-501 line. ANR anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows:

1/28 (Intraday) – 2/6 Cottage Grove Southbound (LOC #FPSCTGGSB): 322 MMcf/d (leaving 910 MMcf/d)

Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                    0% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                  23% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ 1/28 (Intraday) – 2/6 Shelbyville Southbound (LOC #FPSHBVSB): 95 MMcf/d (leaving 946 MMcf/d) Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:                    0% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations                    7% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ  Any reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.36 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff ("Tariff"). However, ANR will only issue RCCs if ANR is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day Force Majeure Average Usage Quantity, as defined in Section 6.36.2(a) of ANR's Tariff, less any scheduled quantities on the contract.  Please direct any questions to your Account Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or the Nominations and Scheduling hotline @ 800-827-5267
