Effective immediately, ANR is extending the OFO restriction at Custer Baker (LOC #703496) through 2/2.

Effective immediately, ANR is lifting the OFO restriction at Beaver Plant (CNG) (LOC #163450).
The OFO restriction at Custer Baker (LOC #703496) is still in effect through 1/29.

Pursuant to 6.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, effective immediately, due to under performance in the Southwest Area, ANR Pipeline is issuing an Operational Flow Order. As a result of the OFO, ANR is notifying all parties at the locations below that it is limiting receipts until further notice. This action is necessary to alleviate conditions that threaten the operational integrity of the ANR system and for ANR to maintain its system linepack and operations at pressures to provide efficient and reliable transportation services.
Point Specific OFO capacity restrictions will be as follows:
All scheduled volumes will be cut to the elapsed pro rata quantity (EPSQ):
1/25 (Intraday) Beaver Plant (CNG) (LOC #163450) 1/25 (Intraday) Custer Baker (LOC #703496)
1/26 – 1/29 Shut in:
Beaver Plant (CNG) (LOC #163450) Custer Baker (LOC #703496)
ANR strongly encourages all shippers to manage their system requirements and ensure the matching of receipts and deliveries daily. Per the ANR FERC Gas Tariff Section 6.8.10, any shipper failing to comply with the terms of a validly issued OFO may make such shipper liable for damages and subject to penalties.
This OFO will remain in place until operating conditions requiring its issuance have been remedied.
ANR anticipates this posting may result in Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments.
