Subject: LIFTED: OFO Underperformance at WISC GAS GRP 1 and WISC EPC GRP 1 Locations

Effective immediately, the locations below are now performing in compliance with ANR’s OFO #25974432. As such, ANR is lifting this underperformance OFO. Other operational notices in this geographic area remain in full force. Please refer to www.tceconnects.com for all applicable postings. ****Original Posting**** 
Under OFO Notice 25974432, the following groups are out of compliance with the terms of this OFO and an underperformance is being called: WISC GAS GRP 1 (Location ID 139255)WISC EPC-GRP1 (Location ID 139256) Effective immediately, the Maximum Delivery Level (MDL) agreements at locations within these groups that include gate-level Delivery Point limits must comply with this OFO at the daily Delivery Point gate levels specified in the agreement. These locations must also comply with this OFO at the hourly flow rate designated as hour one in the MDL’s hourly flow profile. OFO Notice 25974432 remains unchanged for all other locations. Failure to comply with this OFO may result in OFO penalties, physical curtailment and/or reduction in scheduled nominations as deemed necessary by ANR to maintain the operational integrity of its system. Per Section 6.8.10 of ANR's FERC Gas Tariff, any shipper failing to comply with the terms of a validly issued OFO shall be liable for damages and subject to penalties. Penalties for shippers failing to comply with this OFO may be assessed on the greater of the daily exceedance (beyond any allowable variance) or the daily total of hourly flows in excess of the MHQ requirements (beyond any allowable variance) as noted above.
