TC Energy is experiencing external issues with the OKTA Verify authentication system. These issues may impact shippers’ ability to submit nominations in the TC eConnects and TCPLUS systems. As a result, the nomination deadline for the ID1 Cycle for Gas Day Sunday, December 14, 2025, has been extended by 20 minutes. This will allow ID1 nominations to be accepted until 10:20 AM CST. Should you experience any login issues, please contact the appropriate Nominations and Scheduling hotline for your asset and a representative will assist you.Resolving this issue is a top priority and this notice will be updated as new information is available.
