BBT AlaTenn is hereby declaring a Force Majeure pursuant to the BBT AlaTenn FERC Tariff due to a temporary failure of firm gas supply and widespread power outages caused by extreme weather. BBT AlaTenn is actively working with the interconnecting pipeline to resolve this issue. All updates will be posted as soon as available.
BBT AlaTenn hereby notifies all Shippers that it is not receiving any of the scheduled quantities from Columbia Gulf (meter 010140).
In order to maintain system integrity and preserve service to customers, AlaTenn will be reducing scheduled quantities from Columbia Gulf effective beginning ID1 for today’s gas day and continuing until further notice. AlaTenn is directing all affected Shippers to shift receipts to either TGP Corinth (010137), TGP Barton (101038), or TETCO (010139).
To assist in accommodating this request, AlaTenn will accept nominations for secondary and interruptible service level priority from all of the three alternate receipt locations referenced herein.
AlaTenn’s Balancing OFO remains in effect until further notice. This notice is issued without waiver of any rights, remedies, or defenses under agreements or applicable law.
