OPERATING CONDITIONS – ACTION ALERT in Zone North A and Zone North B
Effective: 9:00 AM CPT, June 5, 2026, thru 9:00am CPT June 7, 2026
To maintain the operational integrity of the system, Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is issuing this
Action Alert, effective 9:00 AM CPT June 5, 2026, and will terminate 9:00 AM CPT June 7, 2026.
ZONE NORTH A
• Actual delivered quantity shall not be greater than 4% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000
dth, whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds
these tolerances.
ZONE NORTH B
• Actual delivered quantity shall not be greater than 4% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000
dth, whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds
these tolerances.
ZONE SOUTH
• No Action Alert
Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Gas Tariff shall monitor their
hourly usage and ensure that their actual deliveries do not exceed their contracted hourly firm
entitlements.
Shippers and Delivery Point Operators, not governed by a FERC Interstate Gas Tariff that accumulate
imbalances greater than the above tolerances will be subject to a penalty pursuant to Section 13.8 of the
General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff that is equal to the product
of 200% times the average Cashout price as determined pursuant to Section 8.7(a) of the GT&C of Adelphia
Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.
Hourly takes that differ from approved burn profiles from the system could result in Adelphia issuing
further restrictions to maintain the operational integrity of the system, including but not limited to, the
issuance of a system wide or point specific OFO.
