    RESULTS - OPEN SEASON – NO. AG202603_OS001

    Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) held a Non-Binding Open Season (“AG202603_OS001”) in accordance
    with Section 26.6 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 9:00
    AM CPT on March 2, 2026, and ended at 2:00 PM CPT on March 20, 2026.

    All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Open Season were evaluated on
    a Net Present Value basis using the factors included in the Open Season posting.


    The winning bid is as follows:

    Bid 1:
    NPV: $1,620,430
    Capacity Start Date: 04/01/2026
    Capacity End Date: 3/31/2028
    MDQ: 6,400 Dth/d
