    Notice of proposed changes to currently approved TUP

    On February 27, 2026, Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) submitted its Annual Transporter’s

    Use and System Balancing Adjustment filing (TUP-SBA Filing) under Docket No. RP26-554-000, and
    on March 2, 2025, Adelphia submitted an amended version (including the actual tariƯ records) to the
    TUP-SBA filing under RP26-554-001. In its SBA-TUP filing, as amended, Adelphia indicated that it
    proposes to reduce its currently approved Transporter’s Use Percentage (“TUP”, inclusive of
    Transporter’s fuel and LAUF) to 0% (inclusive of 0% LAUF), system wide.


    The period for which Adelphia requested to reduce its TUP is the successive twelve-month period

    commencing April 1, 2026. An update to the QuickNom system to reflect the new rates is currently
    pending, subject to FERC approval.

    IP site for accessing Adelphia’s TUP-SBA Filing.
