Supersedes Critical Notice ID 926

Effective with 9:00 AM CPT, February 10, 2026, Adelphia terminates the previously issued OFO.

Adelphia maintains limited flexibly to manage imbalances. Shippers are strongly encouraged to

continue to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of daily receipts

and deliveries while not exceeding hourly entitlements based on scheduled volumes.

Operating Conditions – System Wide Operational Flow Order Update

Effective: February 3, 2026

Supersedes Critical Notice ID 919

To maintain the operational integrity of the system, Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is issuing a

System Wide Operational Flow Order (OFO) pursuant to Section 13 of the General Terms and Conditions

(“GT&C”) of Adelphia’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”), effective Timely cycle, February 3, 2026, and until further

notice.

Pursuant to Section 36 of the GT&C of the Tariff and this OFO, Adelphia is requesting the following action

from Shippers and Delivery Point Operators:

1)

Delivery Point Operators shall not exceed a 1/24 hourly rate based on scheduled volumes.

2)

Actual delivered quantity shall not be greater than 5% of scheduled delivered quantity or 250 Dth,

whichever is greater.

If a Shipper/Point Operator fails to comply with this Operational Flow Order, the Shipper/Point Operator

shall be subject to a penalty as noted by Section 13.8.

Operational Flow Order penalty for each Dekatherm of Gas by which Shipper/Point Operator deviated

from the requirements of the Operational Flow Order is equal to the product of 500% times the average

Cashout price as determined pursuant to Section 8.7(a) of the GT&C of the Tariff for each Day that said

Operational Flow Order is in effect.
