Reminder of Active System Wide Operational Flow Order
As a courtesy, Adelphia would like to remind its customers of the current active system wide
OFO that was made eƯective January 24, 2026 and remains in eƯect until further notice. The
notice requires delivery point operators to maintain ratable deliveries, with penalties
applicable for non-compliance. For full details on the OFO, see Critical Notice ID 919 on
Adelphia’s Informational Postings site.
During this critical weather event, Adelphia will strive to manage some degree of hourly
flexibility provided Adelphia can maintain system integrity.
Should Adelphia experience a loss of supply pressure necessary to maintain system
deliveries or be held to hourly flow restrictions by upstream supply pipelines, Adelphia may
implement additional measures, including issuing point-specific OFOs with higher penalties
and/or physically curtailing non-ratable delivery operators to safeguard the pipeline system.
Power generators can alleviate hourly operational constraints by taking deliveries on a 1/24
ratable bases and/or submitting daily nominations that commensurate with anticipated
peak hour burns.
Adelphia will provide updates as available. Please continue to monitor critical notices for
operational updates.
Please contact your Transportation Services or Marketing Representative with any questions.
