OPERATING CONDITIONS – SYSTEM WIDE ACTION ALERT
Effective: 9:00 AM CPT, October 18, 2025, thru 9:00 AM CPT October 20, 2025
To maintain the operational integrity of the system, Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is issuing this
Action Alert, effective 9:00 AM CPT October 18, 2025, and will terminate 9:00 AM CPT October 20, 2025
ZONE SOUTH
• Actual delivered quantity shall not be less than 2% of scheduled delivered quantity or 200 dth,
whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Shipper (long) or due Delivery Point
Operator that exceeds these tolerances.
Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff shall monitor their hourly
usage and ensure that actual deliveries do not exceed contracted hourly firm entitlements.
Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff that a) accumulate
imbalances greater than the tolerances will be subject to penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General
Terms and Conditions of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.
Hourly takes that differ from approved burn profiles from the system could result in Adelphia issuing
further restrictions to maintain the operational integrity of the system, including but not limited to, the
issuance of a system wide or point specific OFO.
