In order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Adelphia Gateway, LLC (“Adelphia”) is issuing

this Action Alert, effective September 3, 2022, at 9:00 AM CPT, and until further notice:

ZONE NORTH A

Actual delivered quantity shall not be less than 7% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery

Point Operator that exceeds these tolerances.

Actual delivered quantity shall not be more than 7% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds these

tolerances.

ZONE NORTH B

No restriction currently. Adelphia has limited flexibility to manage imbalances and shippers are

encouraged to ensure concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries.

Absent voluntary compliance, Adelphia may be required to take further action.

ZONE SOUTH

Actual delivered quantity shall not be less than 7% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance either due shipper (long) or due Delivery

Point Operator that exceeds these tolerances.

Actual delivered quantity shall not be more than 7% of scheduled delivered quantity or 2,000 dth,

whichever is greater, and thereby creating an imbalance due Adelphia (short) that exceeds these

tolerances.

Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff shall monitor their hourly

usage and ensure that actual deliveries do not exceed contracted hourly firm entitlements.

Shippers and Delivery Point Operators not governed by a FERC Interstate Tariff that a) accumulate

imbalances greater than the aforementioned tolerances will be subject to penalties as defined in Section

13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such

violation occurred.

Unratable hourly takes that differ from approved burn profiles from the system may lead to delivery

pressures being lower than desired and could result in Adelphia issuing further restrictions to maintain the

operational integrity of the system, including but not limited to, the issuance of a system wide or point

specific OFO.
