Operating Conditions – Action Alert Effective ID1,
September 28, 2021

Due to anticipated pipeline operating conditions, Adelphia Gateway is issuing this
Action Alert, effective ID1 cycle for Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Shippers are
strongly encouraged to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent
balance of receipts and deliveries.

In accordance with this Action Alert, effective ID1 cycle for Tuesday, September
28, 2021, Shippers’:

• actual delivered quantity shall not be less than 2% of scheduled delivered

quantity (i.e., Don’t be Due from shipper (long on transport contract) more
than 1,000 dth or 2%, whichever is greater).

• actual delivered quantity shall not be more than 2% of scheduled delivered

quantity (i.e., Don’t be due to shipper (short on transport contract) more
than 1,000 dth or than 2%, whichever is greater).


A Shipper that a) accumulates imbalances greater than the aforementioned
tolerance will be subject to penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General
Terms and Conditions of Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which
such violation occurred.
