    Operational Flow Order – Imbalance

    Adelphia Gateway is issuing an Imbalance Operational Flow Order (OFO)
    beginning Timely cycle gas day January 18, 2020 and will remain until further
    notice.

    Imbalances at the receipt location will be limited to 102 percent tolerance due to
    and due from shipper.

    Shippers with imbalances greater than the allowed tolerance will be subject to
    penalties as defined in Section 13.8 of the General Terms and Conditions of
    Adelphia Gateway’s FERC Gas Tariff for the day on which such violation occurred.
