Potential Gas Quality Impacts - Reminder

Wyoming Interstate Company, L.L.C. (WIC) previously posted (see Notice #123164) that it received notices from downstream pipeline operators in the Cheyenne area (Segments 443-450) that WIC is delivering gas with carbon dioxide (CO2) in excess of its 2% by volume Tariff specifications. This may lead the downstream pipeline operators to cut volumes at WIC receipts into their systems. WIC identified off-spec CO2 volumes from two receipt interconnects with Colorado Interstate Gas Company, L.L.C. (CIG) in the Cheyenne area at (FLY) Flying Hawk PIN #800245 and (BOW) Bowie PIN #800104. WIC reminds its shippers that if the CO2 content at these locations is not reduced to 2% by volume or less, WIC may place performance caps at these interconnects to reduce volumes sufficient to achieve 2% or less CO2 content in the Cheyenne area.
