    Summary:

    Reorganization of Westcoast Energy Inc. and the Westcoast Pipeline System

    Westcoast Energy Inc. ("WEI") hereby provides you notice that, on July 1, 2025, Enbridge Inc. and its affiliates effected a reorganization of WEI, which was undertaken to facilitate a minority interest investment by a consortium of Indigenous investors (the "Transaction"). Effective on July 1, 2025 and in connection with the Transaction, WEI conveyed substantially all of the assets that comprise the Westcoast Pipeline System as well as all of the associated contracts, including WEI's Transportation Services Agreements, to Westcoast Energy Limited Partnership ("WELP"). Please note that Enbridge Inc. and its affiliates continue to (i) have a majority interest in WELP and (ii) operate the Westcoast Pipeline System.


    Specific transfers, assignments, requests for consent and other required notices have been and will continue to be forwarded to third parties. In the interim, we kindly request that this notice be accepted as our authority for you to amend your records so as to indicate that all future notices, communications, payments, invoices and documents relating to WEI's prior ownership and operation of the Westcoast Pipeline System be sent to the following address:
