On Saturday July 25, 2026, Viking Gas Transmission Company (VGT) posted a notice of an Unplanned Service Outage – Flow South Bound of the Osceola Compressor Station #2222 (see Prior Notice ID 190). VGT has evaluated the circumstances of this outage and has determined this event qualifies as a Force Majeure event per Part 8, Section 10 of its tariff.

Additionally, due to the Force Majeure at Osceola CS #2222, Viking Gas Transmission Company (VGT) will further decrease South bound flow past Osceola CS #2222 capacity beginning Gas Day, Monday, July 27, 2026, ID1 cycle. This capacity constraint is anticipated to be in effect through Gas Day Friday, July 31, 2026.

South bound flow past Osceola CS #2222 capacity will be reduced from 280,100 Dth to 200,000 Dth

VGT is working to restore service at South bound flow past Osceola CS #2222 to full service by Gas Day, Saturday, August 1, 2026, Timely cycle. VGT Gas Control will continue to monitor pipeline conditions and will update this outage as operational conditions change.

Due to an unplanned outage, Viking Gas Transmission Company (VGT) will decrease Flow South Bound of Osceola Compressor Station #2222 capacity beginning Gas Day Sunday, July 26, 2026 , Intraday 1. This capacity constraint is anticipated to be in effect through gas day, Monday, July 27, 2026. 

Flow South bound of Osceola Compressor Station #2222 capacity will be reduced from 329,000 Dth to 280,100 Dth.

VGT does anticipate an impact to firm transportation service. Reservation charge credits will be applied pursuant to VGT's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 34.
