    REMINDER: Critical Day Remains in Effect

    This is a reminder that the Critical Day declared effective 10am EST Saturday, September 26, 2026, for both Choice and Non-Choice customers remains in effect until further notice. Pursuant to Section 22.4 of the UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division Tariff, penalties will continue to be imposed for each day the Critical Day remains in effect. Suppliers should continue to avoid over-delivering for customers due to weather and pipeline operating conditions.

    UGI Utilities Gas Supply will issue a separate notice when the Critical Day is lifted.

    If there are any questions or concerns, Suppliers are encouraged to contact UGI Utilities Gas Supply at GasMgmtGasTraders@ugi.com.
