    Daily Flow Directive Downgraded - All Nom Groups

    UGI is downgrading the effective Daily Flow Directive to a warning for all nomination groups beginning Wednesday, September 9th at 10am EST and continuing until further notice, directing all transportation deliveries to match expected customer usage. If UGI determines a lack of compliance with this warning, UGI may issue a Daily Flow Directive, Operational Flow Order or declare a Critical Day, for which penalties would be imposed pursuant to Section 22.4 of the UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division Tariff.
