    UGI is issuing a warning for a Daily Flow Directive for all nomination groups beginning Saturday, May 23rd at 10am EST through Wednesday, May 27th at 10am EST, directing all transportation deliveries to match expected customer usage. If UGI determines a lack of compliance with this warning, UGI may issue a Daily Flow Directive, Operational Flow Order or declare a Critical Day, for which penalties would be imposed pursuant to Section 22.4 of the UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division Tariff.
