    UGI is issuing a Daily Flow Directive for all nomination groups beginning Saturday, March 21st at 10am EST through Monday, March 23rd at 10am EST, directing all transportation deliveries to match expected customer usage. As a reminder, no-notice balancing service is only available for inadvertent fluctuations. Imbalances created due to changes in customer demand without corresponding changes in delivered supplies is not considered inadvertent. If UGI determines a lack of compliance with this Daily Flow Directive, UGI may issue an Operational Flow Order or declare a Critical Day, for which penalties would be imposed pursuant to Section 22.4 of the UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division Tariff.
