    Daily Flow Directive - All Nom Groups

    UGI is issuing a Daily Flow Directive for all nomination groups beginning Thursday, March 12th at 10am until further notice, directing all transportation deliveries to match expected customer usage. As a reminder, no-notice balancing service is only available for inadvertent fluctuations. Imbalances created due to changes in customer demand without corresponding changes in delivered supplies is not considered inadvertent. If UGI determines a lack of compliance with this Daily Flow Directive, UGI may issue an Operational Flow Order or declare a Critical Day, for which penalties would be imposed pursuant to Section 22.4 of the UGI Utilities, Inc. - Gas Division Tariff.
