TPGS Storage Conditions for 4/9/2026 -- INTRADAY
Notice Text:
Due to intraday nomination changes for Gas Day April 9, 2026, the following restrictions will be in place on the Tres Palacios Gas Storage, LLC (TPGS) system for Gas Day April 9, 2026:
Tres Palacios has scheduled and sealed injections. No increases in injections will be accepted.
Additionally, the following restrictions will remain in place for Gas Day April 9, 2026:
Tres Palacios has restricted authorized injection overrun nominations. No increases to authorized injection overrun nominations will be allowed except to comply with NAESB bump guidelines.
Tres Palacios has restricted IWS rate schedule nominations with the exception of nominations from meter 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B), and 45307 - FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION (TPGS1080B). No increases to IWS rate schedule nominations with the exception of nominations from meter 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B), and 45307 - FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION (TPGS1080B) will be allowed except to comply with NAESB bump guidelines.
Tres Palacios has scheduled and sealed receipts from MR 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R) and MR 40333 - KM HOUSTON CENTRAL PIPELINE (COPANO) (TPGS1010R) to -0- due to the planned maintenance.
Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.
