TPGS Storage Conditions for 4/9/2026 -- INTRADAY
Notice Text:
Due to intraday nomination changes for Gas Day April 9, 2026, the following restrictions will be in place on the Tres Palacios Gas Storage, LLC (TPGS) system for Gas Day April 9, 2026:
Tres Palacios has sealed IWS rate schedule nominations from meter 45323 - MATTERHORN PIPELINE. No increases to IWS rate schedule nominations from meter 45323 - MATTERHORN PIPELINE will be accepted.
Additionally, the following restrictions will remain in place for Gas Day April 9, 2026:
Tres Palacios has restricted authorized injection overrun nominations. No increases to authorized injection overrun nominations will be allowed except to comply with NAESB bump guidelines.
Tres Palacios has restricted IWS rate schedule nominations with the exception of nominations from meter 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B), 45307 - FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION (TPGS1080B) and MR 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R). No increases to IWS rate schedule nominations with the exception of nominations from meter 45301 - TEXAS EASTERN (TPGS1120B), 45307 - FLORIDA GAS TRANSMISSION (TPGS1080B) and MR 40332 - PERMIAN HWY PIPELINE (TPGS1130R) will be allowed except to comply with NAESB bump guidelines.
Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.
