To: All Transwestern Customers

Subject:  Force Majeure - Panhandle Lateral - Compressor Station mechanical failure.

Revision 2:  Maintenance complete - Capacity back to normal for Gas day September 19, 2026 Intraday 1

September 17th, 2026

Panhandle Lateral Receipt & Delivery capacity will be reduced from 263,000 MMBtu/d to 175,000 MMBtu/d.

September 19th (Intraday 1), 2026

Panhandle Lateral Receipt & Delivery capacity will return to the normal capacity of 263,000 MMBtu/d.

*Scheduled volumes both received and delivered on the Panhandle Lateral may not be affected.
