    CRITICAL NOTICE - SAME DAY - OVERAGE ALERT - PHOENIX AREA

    February 19, 2026

    Due to low line pack in the Phoenix Area, Transwestern is declaring a Same Day Overage Alert in the Phoenix Area for the current gas day, February 19, 2026.

    Any Operator of a delivery point in the Phoenix Area at which actual quantities exceed scheduled quantities on this Alert Day shall be subject to Alert Day charges in accordance with Section 22.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transwestern's FERC Gas Tariff.

    Based upon current operating conditions, Transwestern anticipates that this low line pack condition will continue at least for the entire current gas day. Transwestern will provide additional information concerning this Alert Day condition as necessary.
