Notice Text:	CRITICAL NOTICE - SAME DAY - UNDERAGE ALERT - WEST OF THOREAU AREA December 27, 2025 Due to high line pack in the West of Thoreau Area, Transwestern is declaring a Same Day Underage Alert for the West of Thoreau Area for gas day, December 27, 2025. Any Operator of a delivery point in the West of Thoreau Area at which actual quantities are less than scheduled quantities on this Alert Day shall be subject to Alert Day chargesin accordance with Section 22.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transwestern's FERC Gas Tariff. Based upon current operating conditions, Transwestern anticipates that this high line pack condition will continue at least for the entire gas day. Transwestern will provide additional information concerning this Alert Day condition as necessary. Please contact Gas Control or your marketing representative with any questions.
