Subject: System Operating Conditions
Transco has provided notice of limited flexibility to manage imbalances and encourages all shippers to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.
Due to maintenance associated with Job #1211835 on 8/20 for the Central Penn Line South, Transco is anticipating reduced operational flexibility. Transco is closely monitoring shipper imbalances & again strongly encourages all shippers to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.
Absent voluntary compliance, Transco may be required to take further action including issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) in Zone 6. Additional notice prior to the effective time of any further required action, including the issuance of an OFO, may be limited.
