Subject: System Operating Conditions ? Location Specific
Transco has provided notice of limited flexibility during periods of high system utilization. Excess daily and hourly deliveries from Transco’s system may cause reduced pressures in various areas of the system and jeopardize Transco’s ability to meet its firm service obligations. Transco request the below delivery location operators receive gas from Transco on a uniform hourly basis:
Absent voluntary compliance, Transco may be required to take further action including issuing a Location Specific Operational Flow Order (OFO). Additional notice prior to the effective time of any further required action, including the issuance of a Location Specific OFO, may be limited.
