Subject: System Operating Conditions
Transco has provided notice of limited flexibility to manage imbalances and encourages all shippers to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.
Transco is closely monitoring Due From (short to the pipeline imbalances) associated with the cold temperatures and fluctuations in system utilization anticipated this week across zones 4 and 5. Transco again strongly encourages all shippers to manage their system requirements to ensure a concurrent balance of receipts and deliveries daily.
Absent voluntary compliance, Transco may be required to take further action including issuing an Operational Flow Order (OFO) in zones 4 and 5. Additional notice prior to the effective time of any further required action, including the issuance of an OFO, may be limited.
