Subject: Update - Station 517 MU5 Outage - Force Majeure Event

Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC (“Transco”), pursuant to Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, hereby provides an update to the force majeure event involving the unplanned outage at Compressor Station 517 Main Unit 5.

Transco has completed all work for the unplanned maintenance on Main Unit 5 at Station 517.

Effective ID1, December 24, 2025, Transco will terminate the Force Majeure Event and lift the constraint through the TSB and will return to the previously posted available capacities prior to this outage.
