TransColorado Gas Transmission Company LLC (“TC”) has experienced a mechanical issue described as a jacket water coupling failure, which requires immediate attention. Therefore, the TC Blanco Unit #2 is currently unavailable due to the need for necessary repairs. Accordingly, the operational capacity through Segment 310_BLANCO_COMPRESSOR_BH TD2 constraint will be reduced from 260,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) to 180,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective September 30, 2026, Cycle 5 - Intraday 3, until further notice. TC will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through Segment 310_BLANCO_COMPRESSOR_BH TD2 constraint. TC will provide updates as more information becomes available. This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under TC's FERC Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions, Section 14.
