    The 2026 inventory verification test for the Midland Storage field is scheduled for October 20,
    2026, through October 30, 2026. Firm storage nominations and no-notice storage activity will be
    limited as provided in the applicable Rate Schedules in the Texas Gas tariff. During these test
    periods, interruptible nominations may be scheduled down. Texas Gas encourages all customers to
    consider the test period limitations when planning their business. Texas Gas will make every
    effort to complete this testing during the scheduled test periods. Texas Gas may suspend the
    inventory verification test to accommodate market requirements of its firm customers. If
    suspended, Texas Gas will reschedule the test for a later date.
    For rate Schedules FSS, NNS, and SGT, Texas Gas will provide storage withdrawal rights to
    requesting customers on a best-efforts basis if it can do so without impacting the storage
    inventory verification test.

    No-Notice Customers -
    During the inventory verification test, No-Notice customers’ daily storage injection rights will
    be reduced from a maximum of 1.3% to 0.5% of their total Unnominated Seasonal Quantity during the
    test period.

    FSS Customers -
    If the best efforts addressed above are not possible, FSS customers' daily storage injection
    rights will be reduced from a maximum of 1.3% to 0.5% of their total Maximum Seasonal Quantity
    during the test period.

    SNS Customers -
    SNS customers' daily injection and withdrawal rights will be performed on a best-efforts basis.
    Texas Gas may temporarily adjust the injection and withdrawal limits to allow make-up quantities
    on succeeding days.

    FSS-M Customers -
    FSS-M customers' contractual rights are directly associated with the Midland expansion facilities
    that will be unavailable during the test period. Therefore, no injection or withdrawal activity
    will be permitted under FSS-M for the duration of the inventory verification test.
