Texas Gas Transmission is responding to an incident on its pipeline in Panola County, Texas. The
line was isolated and gas flow has been stopped impacting locations on the North Louisiana Supply
Lateral west of the Haughton Compressor Station. There was no fire and no injuries.

As a result of the event, effective immediately, capacity will be reduced to the stated amounts
below for the following scheduling groups:

Sharon Carthage West (SCW)=55,000
Sharon Carthage East (SCE) = 50,000
Sharon Carthage East + West (CEW) = 150,000
Sharon Carthage (SCP) = 150,000

Our continued focus is on the safety of the public and our employees. We are working closely with
local officials as we assess the situation.

The cause of the incident is under investigation. We will provide updates as appropriate.
