Gas Quality:

Due to ongoing gas quality issues at meters 73915, 73713,73733 and 73714, TE will require a partial reduction of flow beginning as soon as September 9, 2026.  These meter operators will remain at a reduced flow, and will be subject to further reductions, until the gas entering TE's system is compliant with TE's gas quality standards in its GT&C.  The upstream point operators are required to ensure nominations are commensurate with the physical flow, or non-performance confirmation reductions may be required.

Due to gas quality issues, meter 76609 has been shut in and physical receipts at the meter will be unavailable until further notice.  Beginning during the Timely cycle for Gas Day December 6, 2025, and until further notice, TE will restrict receipt nominations at Meter 76609 to -0- Dth/d.

Systemwide Notes:

Shippers in all Texas Eastern's Access Area Zones and Market Area Zones M1-30, M2-30 and M3 are required to coordinate any imbalance payback through TE's account representative and actual payback quantities may be limited depending on system operations and conditions. If customers do not adhere to imbalance requirements stated above, TE will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.

Please contact your Operations Account Representative should you have any questions.
