TE Meter Underperformance

Notice Text:

Texas Eastern Transmission's (TE) system has limited ability to absorb due pipeline imbalances from receipt and/or delivery point operators. TE is requiring the following meter operator to perform to scheduled quantities or confirmation restrictions will be made commensurate with anticipated physical deliveries:
