Notice Text:
Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (TE) hereby declares a Force Majeure in accordance with Section 17 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff. The Force Majeure event is due to an outage at its Tompkinsville Compressor Station (Tompkinsville) in Tompkinsville, Kentucky which occurred on August 22, 2025.
Although there is a possibility the station will return to full capability in 1-2 days, anticipated time of restoration is most likely approximately 10 days.
TE will post updates to the status of repairs as they are known.
