    EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN MLV 258-2 TO 259-2 EFFECTIVE 9-9-2026 RESOLVED 9-21-2026

     

    Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of an emergent repair issue in Berkshire County MA on September 9, 2026 (Notice Identifier #404094).  Tennessee identified an issue which necessitated immediate repairs.  The issue has now been resolved and the area is in the process of returning to normal operations.  As such, nomination increases pathed through MLV 256 West (Segment 249 FH) will be accepted effective Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Tuesday, September 22, 2026 up to segment capacity as posted on TGP's EBB.

     

    This will be the final notice for this emergent repair.
