    ANTICIPATED PRIMARY IN THE PATH RESTRICTIONS AT STA 110 (SEGMENT 187 BH) AND MLV 539 (SEGMENT 534 BH) EFFECTIVE 7-26-2026 REVISED
     

    Due to current nominations, planned and unplanned maintenance and operational conditions, effective Timely Cycle for gas day of Sunday, July 26, 2026, and continuing until further notice, Tennessee anticipates continuing to schedule Primary In the Path (“PIP”) transports to no less than the percentage of firm contracts pathed through the following segments:

     

    STA 110 (Segment 187 BH) – no less than 88% of contract MDQ

     

    MLV 539 (Segment 534 BH) – no less than 72% of contract MDQ

     

    Contracts nominated through both restrictions may experience a cumulative percentage restriction to no less than the stated percentages of contract MDQ at each restriction.

     

    STA 110 (Segment 187 BH) and MLV 539 (Segment 534 BH) – no less than 63.4% of contract MDQ for contracts nominated through both restrictions.

     

    The stated scheduling percentages are based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during these restrictions and are subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
