EMERGENT REPAIR BETWEEN MLV 4-1 AND MLV 8-1 EFFECTIVE 6-2-2026

 

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of an Emergent Repair between MLV 4-1 and MLV 8-1 near Victoria, Texas located in Victoria County.  Tennessee has identified an issue that necessitates repairs.  Tennessee is currently evaluating the impacts of the issue.  The affected segment has been isolated.  Based on current nominations, Secondary Out of the Path nominations pathed through STA 9 (Segment 109 BH) could be at risk as early as Timely Cycle for the gas day of Tuesday, June 2, 2026 and until further notice.  Previously scheduled nominations for the current gas day of June 1, 2026 will not be curtailed; however, increases pathed through STA 9 (Segment 109 BH) for the remainder of today's gas day are at risk.
