(“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 10:00 AM CT on Monday, February 23, 2026 and closed at 2:00 PM CT on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
