Effective Intraday 3 Cycle (22:00) for the gas day of Monday, February 23, 2026 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 for all areas east of Sta 245 on the 200 Line and all areas East of Sta 321 on the 300 Line as well as the 500 Line Segments (527, 529, 530, 539, 534, 542, 548, 860) for over-takes from the system or under-deliveries into the system for all Balancing Parties

 

METER RESTRICTIONS

·         HICKORYR/TGP Mohawk Road Power Plt Delivery Meter (Pin 50789) - through 100% of PAYBACK TGP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 3,570 Dths

·         Wright Receipt Meter (Pin 412181) - through approx 66% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 88,061 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

·         STA 63 (Segment 163 FH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 15,758 Dths

·         STA 823 Muskrat Line (Segment 509 BH) - through approx 36% of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 5,745 Dths

·         STA 860 South 500 Line (Segment 548 BH) - through 100% of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 7,053 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

Payback nominations will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible.

 

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

·         No Authorized Overrun Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO at the following storage fields:

o   Northern MA (460018)

o   Portland MA (460025)

o   Portland PA (460020)

o   Bear Creek PA (460017)

·         Customers who elected swing on storage or storage swing options for balancing (SOS or SSO) may only swing up to their  Maximum Daily Withdrawal (MDWQ) until further notice

·         No Authorized Overrun Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule FS-F at the following storage field:

o   Pine Prairie Virtual (54628)

·         No Interruptible Storage Withdrawal Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

o   Northern MA (460018) IS-MA

o   Bear Creek PA (460017) IS-PA

·         No Loans or Park Withdrawals under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PAL-D or PAL-AO services system-wide

 

 

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.

**FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
