    IMBALANCE WARNING FOR BAMAGAS DELIVERY METER (420942) EFFECTIVE SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2025

     

    In an effort to manage physical imbalances, Tennessee Gas Pipeline, LLC. (“Tennessee”) requires the Bamagas Delivery Meter (420942) keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities.

    Tennessee requires your compliance with this notice to avoid the necessity of taking further actions including utilizing contract or meter specific Operational Flow Orders or flow control to maintain operational integrity. As a reminder, penalties for non-compliance of an OFO can range from $.2198 per dth to $15.00 plus the highest regional spot price per dth.
