RE: RESERVATION OF CAPACITY FOR FUTURE EXPANSION IN ZONE 4, 2, 1, L

 

Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of its FERC NGA Gas Tariff, as it may be revised from time to time (“Tariff”), Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) hereby gives notice that certain capacity as described below will be reserved for use in a future expansion of Tennessee's system.  The project for which the capacity is being reserved (“Project”) will be designed to provide incremental supply from existing and new receipt points in Zone 4 to existing and new delivery points in Zone 1 and Zone L and is estimated to go in-service as early as August 1, 2028. 

The Project capacity being reserved includes the following:

 

Capacity on Mainline Valve Segments:

·         227,000 Dth/d from MLV 214 to MLV 200

·         288,881 Dth/d from MLV 200 to MLV 110

·         290,089 Dth/d from MLV 110 to MLV 87

·         8,703 Dth/d from MLV 217A Pitt Term to MLV 217

·         28,464 Dth/d from MLV 87 to MLV 843

·         106,201 Dth/d from MLV 87 to MLV 538

·         126,201 Dth/d from MLV 538 to MLV 534

 

Receipt Meter Capacity: 

·         279,250 Dth/d – 412888 NFG/TGP MERCER RECEIP MERCER

·         205,000 Dth/d – 55635 EGTS/TGP PETERSBURG II RECEIPT MAHO

·         488,600 Dth/d – 412868 UTICA EO/TGP KENSINGTON DEHY: RIP 2

·         420,045Dth/d – 54641 E OH GAS/TGP BULLSEYE TUSCARAWAS

·         497,000 Dth/d – 48850 E OH GAS/TGP HOLMES TUSCARAWAS

·         150,000 Dth/d – 50708 EGTS/TGP PORT WASHINGTON TUSCARAWAS

Estimated In-Service Date of the Project:

·         August 1, 2028

 

Pursuant to Article XXVI, Section 5.8 of the GT&C of Tennessee's Tariff, Tennessee may sell such reserved capacity on a limited-term basis up to the in-service date of the Project, and Tennessee reserves the right to limit any extension rights provided commensurate with the proposed in-service date of the Project.
