Effective Intraday 1 Cycle (14:00) for the gas day of Sunday, May 04, 2025 Tennessee restricted the following:

OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 SYSTEM WIDE (EXCLUDING ALL AREAS SOUTH OF STA 1) FOR UNDER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR OVER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL BALANCING PARTIES

METER RESTRICTIONS

· AGT/TGP Mahwah New Jersey Bergen Delivery Meter (Pin 420207) - through approx 100 % of SIPss increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 56,621 Dths

· Wright Delivery Meter (Pin 412181) - through approx 50 % of SIPss increases deliveries due to displacement gas unavailable for backhaul; 2,733 Dths

SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

· STA 860 (Segment 860 BH) - through approx 100 % of PIP increases due to force majeure at STA 860; 1,477 Dths

· STA 860 South 500 Line (Segment 548 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to scheduled maintenance and nominations in excess of operational capacity; 817 Dths

· STA 307 (Segment 307 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 438,714 Dths

· MLV 314 East (Segment 314 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 290,157 Dths

· STA 315 (Segment 315 BH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 290,965 Dths

· STA 321 (Segment 321 FH) - through approx 71 % of SOP increases due to emergent repair at STA 321 UNIT 5B; 182,630 Dths

· MLV 330 (Segment 324 FH) - through approx 58 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 44,881 Dths

· Z5hc North (Segment 299 FH) - through approx 99 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 289,876 Dths

· STA 245 (Segment 245 FH) - through approx 99 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 288,505 Dths

· STA 249 (Segment 249 FH) - through approx 98 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 141,755 Dths

· MLV 273 (Segment 284 FH) - through approx 100 % of SOP increases due to nominations in excess of operational capacity; 176,547 Dths

LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PALD service

· No Parks or Loan Paybacks under Rate Schedule PAL utilizing the PAL-AO service

· Paybacks will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible

STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

· No Authorized Overrun Injections Services under Rate Schedule FS-AO as well as No Authorized Overrun Injections in excess of Maximum Daily Injection Quantity (MDIQ) but below Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ) at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field

· Portland MA (460025) storage field

· Portland PA (460020) storage field

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field

· No Interruptible Storage Injection Services under Rate Schedule IS at the following storage fields:

· Northern MA (460018) storage field (IS-MA)

· Bear Creek PA (460017) storage field (IS-PA)

**PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM HOURLY ENTITLEMENTS ("MHE") AND/OR ELAPSED PRO RATA SCHEDULED QUANTITIES ("EPSQ") WILL BE REVIEWED AND MAY BE ENFORCED AT ANY METER DURING INTRADAY OR HOURLY CYCLES.

**FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
