(“Tennessee”) held an open season in accordance with Article XXVI, Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, which commenced at 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 20, 2025 and closed at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. All final bids received in compliance with the terms and conditions of the open season were evaluated using the factors posted in the Open Season.
