    Effective Intraday 2 Cycle (18:00) for the gas day of Tuesday, February 3, 2026 Stagecoach restricted the following:

    OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS (OFO) AND IMBALANCE WARNINGS

    LEVEL 2 ACTION ALERT FOR OVER-TAKES FROM THE SYSTEM OR UNDER-DELIVERIES INTO THE SYSTEM FOR ALL LMPL BALANCING PARTIES

     

    LOCATIONS OFF RATE

    ·         None

    METER RESTRICTIONS

    ·         Millenium PL/Stagecoach Owego delivery meter 201010- reductions into PIP increases due to operational concerns

    SEGMENT RESTRICTIONS

    ·         Stagecoach North (Segment 300 FH) – reductions into IT increases due to operational concerns

     

    LINEPACK RESTRICTIONS

    Payback will be evaluated at each cycle and scheduled only if operationally feasible

     

    STORAGE RESTRICTIONS

    Interruptible Storage Withdrawals Quantities or Overrun Withdrawal Quantities (including nominations for overrun and excess services under firm service and PAL Rate Schedules).

     

    **PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL VOLUMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO SYSTEM BALANCING AND/OR CONFIRMATION REDUCTIONS.
