Notice Text:

STAGECOACH LEVEL 3 ACTION ALERT DOWNGRADED TO A LEVEL 2 ACTION ALERT EFFECTIVE 2-3-2026

Effective for the Gas Day of Tuesday, February 3, 2026 and until further notice, Stagecoach Pipeline and Storage Company, LLC (“Stagecoach”) is DOWNGRADING the current Level 3 Action Alert to a LEVEL 2 ACTION ALERT for all LMPL Balancing Parties.

All receipt point operators must continue to ensure that actual inputs into the Stagecoach system are equal to, or greater than, scheduled quantities regardless of their existing cumulative imbalance. Additionally, all delivery point operators where set point flow control by Stagecoach is not in operational use must ensure that actual takes out of the Stagecoach system are equal to, or less than, scheduled quantities regardless of their existing cumulative imbalance.  Point Operators will be assessed a rate of $5.00 plus the applicable Regional Daily Spot Price per dekatherm for that portion of physical quantities related to over-takes by delivery point operators and under-deliveries by receipt point operators which exceed 2% of scheduled quantities or 500 Dths, whichever is greater.  Point operators not adhering to this Action Alert Level 2 will be subject to all applicable penalties and costs, including without limitation to any penalties and costs assessed by connecting pipelines.

Per Section 6.16 of the Stagecoach FERC Gas Tariff General Terms and Conditions, Stagecoach may, but is not obligated to, take actions to avoid imbalances that include adjusting customers' scheduled quantities to match physical flows.

Additionally, in order to maintain the operational integrity of the system, Stagecoach may be required to limit intraday firm increases due to the elevated flowrate required to meet the daily nomination. Stagecoach continues to evaluate all interruptible activity across the system for every scheduling cycle including, but not limited to, excess services FROM the system under firm service and PAL Rate Schedules.

This Action Alert Level 2 will remain in effect until further notice.
