SoCalGas continues to respond to the force majeure event impacting Line 225 near the I-5 Freeway and Ridge Route Road in the community of Castaic. A geotechnical assessment of the area has been completed and SoCalGas engineers have finalized the first phase of the repair plan for the impacted pipeline. Construction work is scheduled to begin as early as May 26, 2026, and is estimated to last several months. Construction timelines may be adjusted.
Customers are advised to reference the Envoy Capacity Utilization page for the available capacity for each scheduling cycle.
