    UPDATE #2 to Prior Notice Identifier #791 and #792:

    On February 5, 2026, SG Resources Mississippi, L.L.C. (“SGRM”), pursuant to Section 17 of the

    General Terms & Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, provided an update to Customers with respect

    to the Force Majeure at its facility that SGRM declared on February 3, 2026. SGRM is providing

    another update to that Notice. The Force Majeure is due to an issue with facility drain piping with no

    effect to surface equipment.

    SGRM, until further notice, will be curtailing service under all Rate Schedules, in accordance with

    its FERC Gas Tariff.

    SGRM is refining its timeline for a full or partial return to service. SGRM’s current expectation is to

    return to service by or before the end of February. SGRM will update this Notice as that timeline

    evolves.
